Free notary services for Natrona County nonprofits and their staff
Employees of Natrona County nonprofits can now book an appointment with our very own notary public to have documents notarized conveniently from our offices. The service is intended for documents related to your organization’s work, such as grant agreements, contracts, and board resolutions. Not sure if your document qualifies? Reach out and ask.

What to bring
A few things make your appointment quick and smooth.
Photo ID
A valid government-issued photo ID for each signer.
Your document, unsigned
Wait to sign until you’re in front of our notary.
Every signer
Everyone who needs to sign must be present at the appointment.
What we can’t do
Our notary can verify identities and witness signatures. We can’t give legal advice or help you decide which form you need.
