With gratitude for her incredible leadership and contributions to the Natrona Collective Health Trust, we announce the resignation of Jessica Oden, our board chair, from our Board of Directors.
Jessica’s leadership has been instrumental to the launch and growth of our organization since its inception in October 2020, first serving as Vice Chair before becoming Chair in 2022.
Jessica was dedicated to ensuring that the health and well-being of our community was always at the center of our work. Her leadership was marked by her ability to bring exactly the right energy to every situation, whether that be poise and professionalism or enthusiasm and humor. As chair, she spent countless hours attending meetings and events, and was always just a phone call or text away, offering direction and support.
While we will miss her leadership, spirit, and sass, we deeply respect and support her decision to dedicate more of her energy and time to her family. We look forward to Jess being a part of our organization in a different way – as a cheerleader, listening ear, and good friend to the Health Trust.
The board of directors has elected Dr. Mark Dowell to fill Jessica’s unexpired term as chairman. Because Mark was serving in the vice chairman role, the board elected Jennifer Gladson to serve as vice chair. Like Jessica, Mark and Jennifer are inaugural members of the Trust board and are eager to assume the leadership positions with the passion and commitment that Jessica exemplified.
