What brought you to this work?
My work has always centered around supporting people and creating strong, organized systems behind the scenes. After more than a decade in operations within the event industry, I developed a deep appreciation for how thoughtful coordination, strong relationships, and community partnership contribute to meaningful outcomes. Through my work alongside local nonprofit organizations, I saw firsthand the impact collaborative efforts can have in strengthening communities. Transitioning into the nonprofit sector felt like a natural next step, allowing me to apply my experience in a way that supports long-term community wellbeing. I value being part of work that strengthens systems, supports others in doing their best work and impact our community.

Education and Experience
My background combines formal training in information technology and tourism and hospitality with more than ten years of experience in operations management. I have led administrative systems, coordinated complex logistics, and supported leadership in fast paced environments where organization, discretion, and follow through are essential.
How do you spend your free time?
Outside of work, I value spending time with family and creating a sense of calm and beauty at home, especially through decorating and seasonal design. I enjoy reading, caring for my plants, and spending time with my dog, Prince Purple Rain. In the winter, I snowshoe, and in summer, I spend time outdoors soaking up the sun.
