Meet Hailey
Programs Director
What brought you to this work?
I have a real passion for children and youth in our community, and I know firsthand what many of them are up against. Our nonprofits play such an important role in children’s health and wellbeing, and I’m excited to work alongside them to create real impact. My time at CASA showed me how vital it is that we support the people and organizations on the front lines, and that real change happens when we work together.
How to find me?
Education and Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. Before joining the Trust, I spent 10 years at CASA of Natrona County, first as a Case Manager and then as the Program Manager, and as a volunteer advocate. I started my non-profit journey working with at-risk youth at Mercer Family Resource Center.
How do you spend your free time?
Outside of work, my time is all about family and friends. Summers mean golfing and being outside as much as possible, and winters are for family meals and football. I love spending time with my kids, getting lost in a good book, and live music.
