Meet Megan

Communications Director
What brought you to this work?

No other organization is poised to do as much good for our community as the Trust. With its strong connections, dedication to good, and commitment to knowing more about Natrona County’s health needs than the other players, I feel strongly about my task of communicating these things to everyone. W all have so much to learn from one another in our quest to a healthy, thriving Natrona County, and I’m honored to be a part of the conversation.

Education and Experience

I spent 7 years before moving to the Trust as the Marketing Manager for the Natrona County Library, where I watched as the Library – on a much smaller scale – dealt with many of the issues that the Trust is trying to solve. Before the Library, I worked in corporate marketing, branding, and web development, and even spent some time working for a creative agency. I have my Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Denver, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Public Relations.

How do you spend your free time?

I love spending time with my family and two young daughters. I enjoy reading, skiing, golfing, hanging out at the beach, or really anything that comes with sunshine. I serve on the board for the Casper Downtown Development Authority, have been an active member of the Casper Rotary Club for 6 years, participate in the Casper College Marketing Advisory Board, and volunteer on the CASA Red Wagon Gala committee. My husband and I are owners in The Gaslight Social, as well.
