Offered free of charge to Natrona County nonprofit staff and board members through a partnership with Wyoming Nonprofit Network and facilitated by Director of Learning and Development Tess Mittelstadt
What:
Through one-on-one work with the executive director and the board of directors, a needs assessment will be conducted. Using the areas of opportunity identified by the needs assessment, an action plan will be developed that includes specific organizational goals.
