What:
The Trust developed a grant writing program that provides funding for a nonprofit to work with a grant writing consultant for up to one year. Grants targeted are those from federal, state and national funders. A grant readiness program was created to run parallel to the grant writing program and is administered by the Wyoming Nonprofit Network’s Director of Learning & Development. The readiness program is aimed at ensuring nonprofits have the necessary components in place to seek grant funds prior to being matched with a grant writer.
How:
Grant writing assistance is available as part of the Trust’s resource grant opportunity. Funding can be applied for once every two years and is valued at over $20,000. Information is located on our Grantmaking page or contact Samantha Smith, Senior Program Director for details.
