Meet Meredith

What brought you to this work?

I’m committed to this work because my lived experience shows how trauma can affect generations and how healing can transform individuals, families, and communities. Nonprofits and government agencies play critical roles in ensuring our communities thrive, and I am thankful for the opportunity to find ways to support their efforts and missions. Our community members know best what is needed to improve our health and I want to ensure they are provided the resources to help those improvements become reality.

Education and Experience

I have over 20 years of public sector experience including serving in the administrations of a U.S. Senator, two Governors, and on the staff of a former President’s NGO. I’ve been a nonprofit founder, executive director, board member, and consultant. I’ve earned a BA from Pepperdine University and MPA from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies.

How do you spend your free time?

When not supporting my 10-year-old in theater, gymnastics, skiing, and whatever other activity she’s pursuing, I’m hiking on Natrona County trails, practicing yoga and meditation, and/or planning my next adventure. I love to travel and have stepped on every continent and in 49 states.
